Overview
Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time is a 3D platforming game released worldwide on October 2, 2020 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and on March 12, 2021 for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, and on March 16, 2021 for Microsoft Windows via Battle.net.
It was developed by newcomer Toys for Bob, whose previous work includes Spyro: Reignited Trilogy, a collection of 3D platforming games that play similarly to the Crash Bandicoot titles. The game is published by Activision.
Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time departs from the inconsistent timelines set by previous installments from Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex onwards, and picks up right where Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped wrapped up, though the game still does not explain how Dr. Neo Cortex and Dr. N. Tropy turned back to their adult selves after being turned into babies at the end of Crash 3.
The game features a world map similar to Crash 1 and follows a linear path of progression of levels.

Tropy and Uka Uka wandering around on a distant planet, looking for a way out of their far away prison. Uka Uka eventually gets fed up with his two cronies, and in his last effort tears a hole in space, that serves as an escape for Cortex and N. Tropy, who leave behind Uka Uka.
The two of them plan on taking over the multiverse.
